Matching Manicures Sunday: Vatromet + BP-82

Tema poslednjeg usklađenog manikira u 2015. godini (koji objavljujem sa velikim zakašnjenjem u 2016. godini) se odnosi upravo na Novu godinu, tj. u pitanju je vatromet.

The topic of the last matching manicure in 2015 (which I am posting in 2016) is related to new year and it is firework.

Na sve nokte sam nalakirala bazu i dva sloja Avon laka. Plavim Flormarom sam pečatirala motive vatrometa. Kako bi bilo šarenije, isto sam uradila i sa ljubičastim lakom ali se ispostavilo da to i nije bila dobra ideja jer su se boje suviše preklopile i sve je izgledalo nabacano. Da još više uništim manikir, u neke ćoškove sam pečatirla i S-he lakom, ali srećom, i nije toliko došao do izražaja. 

I applied base coat and two layers of Avon polish on all of my nails. I used blue Flormar polish to stamp firework motifs. To make it more colourful, I did the same thing with purple polish but it turned out not be such a good idea since the colours blended too much and it all looked bad. To destroy the manicure even more, I stamped also with S-he polish on some corners.

Što se same pločice tiče, radi se o klasičnoj Born Pretty Store pločici za pečatiranje - dolazi sa plavom zaštitnom folijom i zaštićenom poleđinom, bez oštrih ivica. Svi motivi sa pločice su vezani za novogodišnje praznike i manjih su dimenzija izuzev najveće slike vatrometa koja prekriva potpuno sve moje nokte. Motivi su dobro urezani, ali treba malo pripaziti prilikom prenošenja jer većina sličica ima fine detalje. U slučaju vatrometa, ne treba previše pritiskati pečat da se slike ne deformišu, a radi boljeg prenošenja, za čarape i ukras sam koristila gumeni pečat. Takođe sa rogovima jelena treba biti vrlo pažljiv.

When it comes to the plate, it's a classic Born Pretty Store stamping plate - it comes with blue protecting foil and protected back, without sharp edges. All the motifs on the plate are New Year related and they are small except for the biggest firework motif which completely covers all of my nails. Motifs are well edged but you got to be careful with the transfer because most of the pictures has very fine details. In the case of the firework motifs, you shouldn't press stamper too hard because the pictures will get deformed, and for the nicer transfer of the socks and the ornament I used the rubber stamper. Also, you should be careful about the deer horns.
