Matching Manicure Sunday: Negative space

Ove nedelje mao kasnim sa objavljivanjem MMS posta. Kada sam saznala koja je tema - negative space - odmah sam znala šta ću da radim ali to nije ono što ćete videti. Naime, moja prvobitna ideja je već na samom početku doživela fijasko i to je bio više nego dovoljan razlog da smislim nešto drugo. Najpre sam pokušala da samo pojednostavim originalnu zamisao ali ni to se nije završilo slavno. Tada sam stvarno odustala i uradila nešto skroz drugačije. Pogledajte šta.

This week I am a little late with publishing MMS post. When I found out what the theme was - negative space - I immediately knew what I was going to do but that is not what you are about to see. My original idea appeared to be a real disaster in the very beginning and that was more than good reason to make me think of something else. At first I just tried to simplify my previous idea but it didn't end well either. At that moment I really gave up and eventually did something completely different. Take a look what. 

Koristila sam / I used:

• Golden Rose No more ridges and yellow
• Golden Rose With Protein 287
• Šljokice / Glitter
• Lepezastu četkicu / Fan brush

Kao i uvek, na sve nokte sam nanela bazu. Zatim sam vrhove noktiju na srednjem i domalom prstu nalakirala crnim lakom i odmah nanela šljokice tako što sam nokat "uronila" u šljokice. Višak sam očistila lepezastom četkicom. Preostale nokte sam cele nalakirala crnim lakom i posula ih šljokicama pomoću četkice uz pokušaj da dobijem gradijent. Na kraju sam sve premazala nadlakom.

As always, I started off with base coat. Then I painted the tips of my nails on my middle and ring fingers with black polish and I dipped my nails directly into glitter, I removed the excess of glitter using fan brush. On the rest of my nails I applied black polish and also added glitter with brush but here I tried to get gradient effect. In the end I added a layer of top coat.
