China Glaze Pondering

Tmurno vreme me uvek navodi na pomisao o duo- i multihrom laktovima kakav je China Glaze Pondering. Deo je kolekcije za jesen 2015. godine pod nazivom The Great Outdoors i možete ga nabaviti u Alexander Cosmetics-u po ceni od 498 dinara. Za tu sumu dobijate 15 ml proizvoda sa dugačkom, okruglom i tankom četkicom.

Dark weather always makes me think of duo- and multichrom polishes like China Glaze Pondering. It is a part of autumn 2015 collection The Great Outdoors. The bottles contain 15 ml of product and there is a long, thin, round brush. 

Matching Manicures Sunday: Blobbicure

Po drugi put u okviru usklađenih manikira radimo blobbicure. Prethodni manikir na ovu temu možete pogledati ovde. Radi se o jednostavnom manikiru za koji vam je potrebno samo par lakova, a ja nisam htela da komplikujem pa sam se odlučila za samo dve boje.

For the second time we are doing blobbicures for the matching manicures. You can check out my previous manicure here. It is a simple manicure which requires only a couple of polishes. I didn't want to complicate things so I used just two colours.

Matching Manicures Sunday: Favourite Nail Polish

Ove nedelje imamo vrlo zanimljivu temu jer treba da nalakiramo omiljeni lak. Tema je naizgled jednostavna, ali uopšte nije tako lako odabrati jedan lak kad si lakoholičarka sa par stotina primeraka u svojoj kolekciji. No, za divno čudno, s obzirom da sam po prirodi neodlučna, od samog početka sam znala koji ću lak predstaviti ovom prilikom - China Glaze Fairy Dust. U roku od par nedelja sam ga čak dva puta mazala, što se kod mene jaaaako retko dešava, a i oduševljena sam njime tako da se nisam premišljala ni sekunde.

This week we have a very interesting topic since we have to apply our favourite polish. At first the prompt seems to be simple, but it is not easy to pick just one polish when you are an polishaholic with a couple of hundreds of polishes in your collection. But, luckily, considering I am indecisive, from the very beginning I knew which polish to represent this time - China Glaze Fairy Dust. In a couple of weeks I painted it on my nails twice, and that's the thing which happens really rarely to me. Besides that, I am thrilled with it so I had no second thoughts even for a second. 

Matching Manicures Sunday: Inspired by a Flag

Nedeljni zadatak je bio da na nokte prenesemo neku zastavu. Isprva sam htela da uradim manikir zasnovan na zastavi nekog udruženja ili organizacije ali sam tu ideju odbacila zbog nedostatka inspiracije i okrenula se sigurnoj verziji. 

The Sunday's task was to "transfer" a flag onto the nails. First I wanted to do a manicure based on a flag of an association or organisation but I had no inspiration so I dropped off that idea and did the safe version.

Zahvaljujući meni dragim ljudima, koji znaju šta volim, od nedavno je u mom posedu China Glaze Take a Trek. Deo je Hologlam kolekcije u kojoj se nalazi još 11 lakova sa holo efektom. China Glaze lakovi su dostupni u Alexanda Cosmetics-u. Puna cena lakova iz ove kolekcije je 656 dinara, ali su svi trenutno sniženi na 459.

Thanks to the people who are dear to me and know what I love, recently China Glaze Take a Trek came into my possession. It is part of Hologlam collection which contains eleven more holo polishes. 

Matching Manicures Sunday: Rainbow

Ako sam naučila nešto kroz usklađene manikire to je da ne moramo uvek da radimo tipične manikire već da na temu odgovorimo onako kako je vidimo i da se držimo svog stila (mada se nisam uvek toga pridržavala). 

Dugu kao pojavu volim, ali staviti sve dugine boje na nokte je za mene previše. Malo sam razmišljala kakav bih to manikir uradila na temu duge pa sam se setila holo lakova kojima je upravo duga glavna karakteristika. :)

If I have learnt something doing matching manicures it is that we don't have to do typical manicures but create a manicure that we like and stay faithful to our style. 

I do like rainbow as a natural appearance but putting all the rainbow colours on my nails is too much for me. I was thinking what else I could do and holo polishes came to my mind - rainbow is their best description. :)

Matching Manicures Sunday: Watermarble

Današnja tema je vodeno mramoriranje koje mi je vrlo zanimljiva tehnika, ali zahteva vreme, veštinu, a i neuredna je. Zbog svega toga sam je u životu radila čitava dva, tri puta i još uvek nemam pojma. :D

Today's theme is water marble which is a technique that I find very interesting but it requires some time, skills and it's messy. Because of all these things, I've done it only two or three times in my whole life and I still suck. :D

Matching Manicures Sunday: francuski manikir

Francuski manikir nikad nisam naročito volela, mislim da sam ga poslednji put nosila još u osnovnoj školi. No kako je u pitanju jedna od najjednostavnijih vrsta manikira koja zahteva jako malo vremena, nisam htela da preskočim ovonedeljni zadatak.

I've never been fond od french manicure, I think that I last wore ir in elementary school. But it's one of the simplest manicires which doesn't recquire a lot of time, I didn't want to skip this week's task.

Matching Manicures Sunday - Inspired by Book

Za ovonedeljne usklađene manikire inspiraciju pronalazimo u knjigama. Volim da čitam stoga mi je ova tema baš legla. E, sad, nisam bila sigurna da li treba da se odnosi na sadržaj neke knjige ili možda na korice, pa sam se odlučila za meni jednostavniju opciju - drugu. Odabrala sam "Instinkt smrti" Džeda Rubenfelda. Na žalost, još je nisam pročitala ali ako je upola dobra kao "Tumačenje ubistva" onda mora biti odlična.

For this week's matching manicures our inspiration are books. I love reading so I was glad to do this task. Since I wasn't sure whether it should refer to the book content or maybe cover, I chose the easier option - the second one. I decided to use "The Death Instinct" by Jed Rubenfeld. Unfortunately, I haven't read it yet but if it's half as good as "The Interpretation of Murder" it must be great.

Matching Manicures Sunday - Spring

Proleće jeste uveliko došlo ali je prolećni manikir tek sad došao na red. Odabrala sam, gle čuda, da crtam ruže koje već neko vreme želim da uklopim u neki manikir, pogotovo nakon ovog neuspelog pokušaja.

Spring has been on for a while but spring manicure hasn't come to its turn until now. I have chosen to draw roses which I've wanted to do for some time especially after this unsuccessful try.

Nije tajna da je China Glaze svetski poznati brend lakova za nokte. Kod nas su ovi lakovi dostupni na prodajnim mestima Alexandar Cosmetics-a. Koštaju 498 dinara i za te pare dobijate 14 ml laka. Ne sadrže toluen, formaldehid i DBP. Imaju dugačku, tanku, okruglu i ravno sečenu četkicu.

China Glaze is world wide know nail polish brand. They are 3-free and you get 14 ml of polish. The brush is long, thin, round and straight cut.

Mathing Manicures Sunday: Skittlette

Ovonedeljni zadatak nam je skittlette. Skittlette je takav manikir gde su dva i dva nokta ista i peti različit. Čitave nedelje me drži neko plavo raspoloženje tako da opet imam jedan plavi manikir. Da vam pokažem šta sam osmislila. :D

This week task is skittlette. Skittlette is a kind of manicure where two and to nails are the same and the fifth is different. The whole week I was in the blue mood o I've got another blue manicure to show you. :D

Matching Manicures Sunday - Saran wrap

Današnji zadatak u okviru MMS je saran wrap. Saran wrap je tehnika za koju vam je potrebna samo plastična folija za hranu ili celofan. Sve što treba da uradite je da nokte nalakirate jednom bojom i ostavite da se osuši, a potom nanesete i drugi lak. Dok se drugi lak ne osuši zgužvanom folijom tapkajte po noktu. Time uklanjate lak i dobijate razne šare.

Today's assignment for MMS is saran wrap. Saran wrap is a technique which you only need kitchen plastic foil or cellophane for. All you have to do is paint your nails with one colour, let it dry and then add another colour. While it is wet, touch your nails with foil crumpled into little ball. That way you remove polish and you get different shapes.

Hey Sailor je jedna od prva dva China Glaze laka koja sam nabavila. Kad sam ga uzela shvatila sam koliko u stvari imam malo crvenih lakova, što doduše ni nije čudno jer sam u ljubičasto-plavoj fazi.
